Today has been a very exciting day: we arrived to D'Alcontres school, a place that has so much experiences with Erasmus+.
One of the first things the school staff did was provide us with an identification badge
We met face to face for the first time with our partners at D'Alcontres School. We couldn’t have had a better welcome, with traditional dances, a music concert, and a tour of the school’s facilities.
The traditional Carnival parade for all students has been organized. To prepare for it, they first designed their costumes at school, which were made from recycled materials and were closely related to the theme of air.
Astronauts:
We have collaborated with the organization Manos Unidas in an activity focused on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). The organization created a wordplay with the Spanish acronym “ODS,” giving it a meaningful twist:

Discover the inequalities that threaten many people.

This year’s campaign, titled “The Human Effect,” is closely related to caring for the environment. For this reason, a session was dedicated to recording a video to raise awareness about the importance of the SDGs.
Students have been raising awareness about the importance of caring for our planet for months. That’s why we took advantage of the Science class to research about renewable energy sources. After gathering information, they worked in groups to create a project about renewable energies.
